Applicability of Policy
By purchasing from Three Times 5, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy. If you do not agree to these terms, we advise against placing an order.
This policy may be updated from time to time, and we encourage customers to review it before making a return, exchange, or cancellation request.

Exchange & Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and our logistics partner will arrange a pickup within 24-48 hours, subject to service availability in your area.
Pickup will be attempted twice. If the courier is unable to collect the shipment, you will be required to self-ship the item to our warehouse.
Quality Check Process: Once the item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection. If the item meets our return criteria, your request will be processed. If it fails the inspection, the product will be returned to you, and the exchange or return request will be declined.
Processing Time: Exchanges are processed within 7-10 working days from the date of pickup.
If the requested size is unavailable, customers will be offered an exchange for another product or a gift card of equal value, valid for six months, which can be redeemed online.
Refunds for returns will be issued to the original payment method (OPM) after the quality check is successfully completed.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All tags, original packaging, and accessories must be intact.
The product must not have any stains, perfumes, scratches, or visible signs of use.
If purchased as a set, the entire set must be returned.
Warning: Customers must record an unboxing video upon receiving the product. This is mandatory for returning items due to damage or receiving the wrong product.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange request if these conditions are not met.

Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
